However, if the vendor shares any of your data with horsehlp, it will be managed according to this Privacy Policy.

1.             OUR ROLE

At horsehlp, we handle data within the Service both as a data processor and a data controller. Throughout this Privacy Policy, the term “affiliates” refers to our employees, directors, officers, contractors, owners, parent companies, subsidiaries, and agents.

If you choose to register, we will request personal details, such as your full name, phone number, mailing address, and email. If you make a purchase or engage in a transaction with us, we may also collect relevant financial information necessary to complete or initiate the contractual process.

2.2    Data Collected from Your Interaction with Our Service:

  • Log Data & Device Information: We automatically collect log and device details when you interact with our Service, even if you are not logged in. This includes browsing activity, IP address, timestamps, hardware/software specifications, device identifiers, crash logs, cookie data, and pages visited before or after engaging with our Service.
  • Location Data: We may track your geographical location using IP-based methods, GPS, and other technologies, including signals from nearby devices, Wi-Fi networks, and cell towers.

Most mobile devices allow you to manage or disable location tracking in settings.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: horsehlp and its affiliates use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other tracking technologies to personalize your experience, analyze visitor patterns, and enhance marketing efforts. Some of these technologies may also be used for targeted advertising. You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies, but this may limit certain features of our Service.
  • Payment & Transaction Data: When processing payments, we collect transaction-related details such as the payment method used, transaction timestamps, payment amount, billing postcode, IBAN, and other relevant financial information required to facilitate the agreement between you and horsehlp.
  • Aggregated Data: We also collect non-personally identifiable data, such as browsing trends, advertising analytics, and general Service usage statistics.

By linking your third-party account to our Service, you enable us to retrieve details from your profile, subject to the privacy preferences set on that platform. You can review and modify these privacy settings directly on the respective third-party service.

When you use our Service via an external platform, you consent to horsehlp collecting, storing, and processing any data shared through the platform’s interface. This occurs when you authorize or approve access to one of our applications within that service.

Third-party entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to gather insights about your activity on our Service. The data they collect could be associated with your personal details or be used to track online behavior over time across multiple websites and digital services. This information may be leveraged for interest-based (behavioral) advertising or customized content delivery.

If you have any inquiries regarding an advertisement or personalized content appearing on our Service, we recommend reaching out directly to the respective provider for further details.

2.4    Additional Data Sources:  As allowed by law, we may receive supplementary information about you from external partners, such as demographic insights or fraud prevention alerts, and integrate it with our existing records. For instance, identity verification services may provide fraud alerts to help us enhance security and risk assessment measures.

Furthermore, we may receive insights regarding your interactions both within and beyond our Service through collaborative efforts with business partners, including advertising networks. These insights help us refine our offerings and ensure a more secure and personalized experience.

However, we do not sell personally identifiable information as a standalone asset—any transfer of such data would only occur in conjunction with a broader sale of our assets. Should such a transfer take place, we will provide notice on our Service.

Generally, these laws define "personal information" as data that can directly or indirectly identify, relate to, or be associated with an individual or household—excluding publicly available, deidentified, or aggregated data. If applicable, you may be entitled to the rights outlined in this section.
